Nowadays... I oftentimes find myself quite bored and restless..... I try to find things to do but nothing seems to capture my attention or interest.. As some of you know I am an avid Amazon shopper but I find less and less interest in that. I sometimes just sit here wondering what to do.. Thus, I decided I would create a new blog to relive my Xanga experience! Those were the good ol' days, before MySpace and FaceBook.... Also a couple of my friends have blogs and they gave me the idea (implicitly, anyway) so thanks, Calvin and Josephine.
Speaking of old friends..... I've realized that college is great and all, but it really does break up friendships. With all the shock of the college experience, one usually loses sight of their past and the people who have made them who they are today. As I IM'ed a friend recently, she said to me surprisingly, "Isn't it funny how we just started talking again". I was half shocked and half amused at this. I now realize that in college, if you don't make an effort to keep in contact with your old friends, you will easily lose them in the crowd.
